Monika joined our team in July 2020. She’s a Management graduate from the Faculty of Economics at PWSZ in Elblag, Poland. She is a very calm, empathetic and positive person that enjoys working with others. Working in non-profit organisations has taught her to be sensitive to the needs of everyone. On the other hand, working at the local aviation club in her hometown has given her lots of experience in dealing with even most demanding VIP customers. Being a part of a good team is what gives her lots of joy and energy, as she believes that "small teams can move mountains”. Privately, she's a happy wife. She enjoys cooking and travelling.
